LEGALLY nothing increases your load capacity. Too many things play into that - the frame, brakes, lawyers, etc. All that bags, extra leafs, StableLoads, ANY of them do is improve handling and stance. Bottom line, Torklift makes no claim to "Increase" GVW, GCWR, or GAWR.
WOOHOO! We have another winner! :-)
I agree with the above.
The truck manufacturer sets the GVWR, nothing can increase it - unless it goes to a certified upfitter / conversion facility - think LIMO company, that can take the likes of an Excursion, H2, etc, stretch it to haul 20 people.
I have a set of Stableloads. They did far more to improve the load handling than the airbags did. (I forgot how many times I've said this here.)
Without the Stableloads, the lower overload leaf never engaged, and the truck sagged in the tail quite a bit, and the ride was mushy.
With the Stableloads, the overload leaf is now engaged, and even with my heavy AF811, the truck still rides higher in the back end. When I park on level ground, I always have to put leveling blocks under the front tires to get the rig level. (I also forgot how many times I've said this here.)
