I had to get up to get my 2nd cup of coffee so I went to the garage and looked. Yes, it's welded to the "mounting plate", but only on one side! C'mon Torklift you have a great idea but need to improve the execution.
Now to the important things in life...monitoring the lawn sprinklers for correct operation, and then watching the grass grow.
