According to Me. MY opinion. I didn't state any facts directly. You are assuming a contracted delivery. The dealer may not be aware of any issues until notified. I'm simply pointing out the delivery person's lack of personal responsibility by suggesting this was normal.
"Sounds" like you are making excuses for incompetence. If you are willing to settle for lousy service, then that is on you.
