Yeah there's some payload overlap on paper, but the F250 is a much more capable truck with stronger components.
Half tons and heavy duty trucks overlap on price these days, OP. You get a lot more truck for the same money by going HD and they work just as well as daily drivers and family vehicles. Go check out all three, pick your favorite flavor and enjoy.
Just my personal opinion: if you go gas I'd lean towards the Ford, if you go diesel I'd pick the Cummins first and the Dmax second.
