I'm not going to say the 6.0 is the best motor there is, because it isn't. However....I will say that a lot of the problems in the early years came from tech's not having the training to properly diagnose and work on these trucks. Things have come a long ways and a lot of the problems are now widely known. If I had a "Screaming deal" on a 6.0 I would trade my truck for it today personally. But to each their own.
