As an owner of an 05 6.0 I wouldn't have another one nor could I recommend one. With 60K on the clock I've had the turbo cleaned/ replaced four times, the oil cooler was "bulletproofed", the FICM upgraded, and just recently the turbo exhaust was replaced due to cracking. Now I have cold start issue that I'm told is due to failing injectors.It's had a coolant filter since new and I watch the temps with my Edge monitor. So buy it if you want, just keep some cash handy just in case.
