Bruce, here is a quote from the 1999 Ford RV & trailer towing guide.
Quote: "Maximum Loaded Trailer Weight is the highest possible weight of a fully loaded trailer the vehicle can tow, based on a minimum towing vehicle GVW. It assumes a towing vehicle with any mandatory options, no cargo, and driver (150 pounds) only. Weight of additional options, passengers, cargo and hitch must be deducted from this weight." I copied this from the towing guide that is right in front of me. So I stand by what I posted before.
