Don't ignore equipment and conditions, it's NOT all about skills. How do you know this was caused by towing faster than 65? Can't even call it speeding since we don't know what the limit is right here where this photo was taken.
How do you know what the driver was thinking? Did you stop and talk with him/her?
You make a LOT of assumptions about what everybody else should do based on what you say you know....has it ever dawned on you that you may, and I know this is a long shot but, you may not know everything?

OK, so out of the "vast majority" what % are speeding vs. cornering too fast or failing to stay in lane? We are only talking about towing speed here, not general driving abilities.
