Brand new to camping and travel trailers, but not towing.
Couple of short tows have not revealed any problems.
friend with an identical set up that's towing 4,500 and hasn't had an issue. Anecdotal, absolutely, but it can be indicative.
but I'm also an automotive engineer that knows exactly what goes into tow ratings
Paperwork that came with Mopar hitch rated it at 3,800 lbs
And yet your '07 has a 'Two thousand pound trailer and 200 pound tongue weight' regardless of hitch/receiver rating
