The car is a brute and is capable of towing 4400lbs *at least* per Chrysler. Every country but the USA understands they can tow with something other than a pick-up truck.

You can only go by the 5.7 here. According to this, it is rated for the 3800lbs like your magnum is.
Ignore your 4400 number as that config is not available in the US. the reason it is 4400 is probably the weight difference in the engines/tranny's. The CRD is an aluminum block as the 5.7 is a cast-iron.
Every option/package makes a difference on rating obviously.
