They still need to deal with the same limitations as us in the United States. The max tongue weight will never allow that trailer weight. Unless their trailers are less than the 10%+ found here. Max tongue weight is in the 200 pound range.

Correct. Tongue weight is my main concern with the whole setup. Being as the WDH itself weights about 100lbs normally. I think the trailer will be 4k+ in weight. 10% is 400lbs. Putting 500lbs on something made to support 200lbs is simply asking for trouble.
The car itself has plenty of power and will pull the weight with ease. Only issue with vehicle other than that is the suspension being able to handle that weight. I'm sure it will bottom out from time to time on rougher roads.
OP, Any clue what brand your hitch is. Someone on here might be able to help you figure out the anti sway setup.
