I think this is a bit inaccurate; the hitch (tongue) weight is included in the 2700 lb dry weight already.

I do think it will likely to be at least 3700 loaded and a hitch of at least 480. Just the total won't be 4100 because you don't add the hitch to the total weight! ;)
