When I bought my 2012 Dodge Cummins, the dealer had to go out of state to find what I wanted. When it arrived, it had a tranny cooler, factory brake controller, hitch reciever, diesel and no towing mirrors. When I questioned why, the dealer responded that they weren't on my wish list. It was very obvious that I intended to tow something big. We went round and round and I was about to walk away, befor the dealer relented and moved a pair of mirrors from another truck. He kept telling me that it was a $600 option and a deal breaker. The mirrors on the truck were electronic adjustable and I knew that his cost on towing mirrors couldn't be $600 more.
