Agree...it popped off the hitch and rolled forward because of the driveway slope...then crashed into the rear of the truck.
Hitch ball was not seated properly in the tongue or was not locked down.
I feel bad for the guy. lucky it didn't jump out on the freeway at 60+ mph.
