Just remember, most states plus Canadian Provinces have this, or a very similar law . Push it and they can arrest you for failure to sign a citation and in several states, if you are from out of state, the state laws require an arrest.

oh...I would sign it I just would never comply....it would be the last time that useless state saw me and my money ever for being so stupid...I don't think this would ever happen in the New England states and that is all I care about....I really believe it would never happen anywhere....out of state plated vehicles should and I believe in the eyes of most intelligent Leos be exempt.. but if you want to put a google link showing case and point I will read it.
