Towing with a 3.0 L Touareg TDI diesel
What are your thoughts on pulling 7000 pounds plus of travel trailer with 2014 VW Touareg TDI from Ohio to FLorida and back and getting 9.5 MPG's to 12 MPGs the whole trip, and what does that kind or...

I think that they are doing as well as can be expected towing that weight of TT with that kind of vehicle... I only tow #5000 of TT with a F150 and know it's back there!
IMO, I think they are nuts towing #7000 with that kind of vehicle, but hey.. It's "within the tow ratings", so I guess it's okay.. Except they don't like the mpgs.. Wow... What a concept.. ;)
