You will lose some stability with the over size tires. There will be more flex in the sidewall. You will also need to look into the weight rating of your lift kit. That may be the limiting factor. The payload and gear ratio of the truck will also factor in. You'll need to find the answers to these issues.
The size of the trailer is within reason for your truck. The tongue weight and overall weight of the unit will be a huge factor as to your trucks ability to tow it. Once you know more about your truck you can decide how much you can tow with it.
