No problems but carry around an extra set of U-joints for your propeller shaft and a tool box and it would be a good idea to have a restraining strap to keep the end of the shaft from burying itself in the ground when it breaks loose.
I would also cut the tow load in half from that specified by the manufacturer for your truck. The tires have already reduced the towing capacity by at least 15%. With GM the trucks with 4.10 gears are rated 25% higher than ones with 3.73 gears and your big tires have the same effect in a negative way.
