As said I did have those things, apparently you are trying to get some validation to try and tow something that your truck is not rated for. hotpepperkid must have one of those magic 7.3's you sometimes get to read about.
I know lots of guys that tow or have towed with a 7.3, they DON'T have the POWER or rating to tow 12K. I know I did it for awhile .
You going to do whatever you want to do, or you can keep asking the same questions, and you are to keep getting the same answers ,some will rave about how great they are, and then there are guys like me that are going to give you a HONEST answer.
Towed 16 YEARS with one, and some of the answers you are getting ,they are blowing smoke :S
