Lightening Driver... the truck you have was called a Super Pickup, sold by Carmenita Truck Center in Santa Fe Springs CA, doing business and advertising as Truckland USA.
Your specific 4x2 F550 with the 50 gallon replacement tank, a shortened frame, and a Ford take off steel dually bed retailed for $54,325 back in 1999. By 2001, the price had climbed above $57,000, depending on options selected.
For your amusement, I've attached photos of the F-550 Super Pickup as advertised back in 1999, from a tear sheet in a popular RV magazine. I've also attached a quote for your model of truck that was faxed to me from Carmenita in July, 1999.
I put a yellow post it note arrow on the upper right hand corner that shows the Super Pickup on the advertising tear sheet.
The quote is three images/pages.
First quote page is the overall equipment list of the completed truck.
Second quote page itemizes the Super Pickup upfit modifications done to the chassis cab to complete the truck.
Third quote page is the Ford sticker summary of the incomplete chassis cab as delivered from Ford prior to the upfit taking place, showing the options typically ordered by Carmenita, the Ford MSRP, and finally Carmenita's quote for the completed vehicle in big black writing.
I'd say ya done good, for $7k.
