Nor will they ever get the ticket for your setup...cousin was a Sargent in the
Calif Highway Patrol and confirmed that they (his troopers) do stop RVs and
weigh them to ticket. He has quit that job because of too many accidents having
him pickup the pieces...it got to him after 5 years doing that
There is only one person responsible for the setup and that is the driver Who
might not be the one who chose and setup the whole thing
