Our experience driving Tx to CA with a few Tire Minder glitches. Three times, either the left front or right front, the unit would just announce "NoS" meaning no sensor. So I thought we either lost the transmitter unit itself or the entire tire and wheel! Since we were still on the road, it had to be a lost transmitter. We pulled off at the next rest stop, and thankfully, the transmitter was still attached to the valve stem. After cleaning off the brake dust, then hitting the road again, about 5 minutes later, it would come back to life. I have no idea what caused the glitch.
