TPO Roofs
Got a quick question which I believe I already know the answer to but some of you have more experience with TPO roofs because you have them on your camper. Went to look at the Grand Design 2150 yes...

The metal had just become porous. The only cure was one of those roof coatings that is being dissed in this thread right now. Aluminum has its limits too, just like rubber, vinyl, etc.BillyW wrote:
Drink your aluminum koolaide. I know better. And I won't limit my choices to those select few that may or may not have the real features I'm looking for. A rubber roof works fine and can be upgraded simply if I get the notion.
Kind of reminds me of a thread where a perfect trailer was rejected because of the shower door, which once again could be easily modified.
Aluminum kool-aid? Hahaha, that's funny. And you know better? What exactly do you know better? Will your rig still be wearing it's original roof at year 28? How exactly do you easily upgrade a rubber roof? Watch out for the low tree branches or tree limbs falling off trees. Or do you only camp in cow pastures?
Use what works for you and I'll do the same. But I assure you there is no kool-aid involved
