The balcony house tour was very educational and fun. You enter the site by climbing a 30 some foot ladder. When the tour concludes you exit through the tunnel which 700 years ago was the only way in or out of the site. The tunnel is broken into two parts, you go through about 5 feet then it opens up for about 10 feet where you can stand up. Then back through another 5 foot tunnel into the day light. Its not that bad and there is a mockup in the visitors center that you can crawl through before you buy your ticket for the tour just to make sure you can do it.
