I know you said you ordered one already (and it may be coming in soon), but I saw a Kodiak 240bhsl yesterday - finally a dealership around me had one! In terms of storage, there is a HUGE pass-through in front - that is the only outside storage. There is a small space under the Queen bed. The U-dinette completely opens up for storage. And the bottom bunk has half of the space designated for storage (the other half is closed off, I would assume, for the furnace and/or other tanks). I loved the model and the quality of the Kodiak. I think we may join you as a future 240 owner!!
