Also most of the time when a dealer sets up a trailer it is not loaded with all the stuff you will carry because you just bought it and it is empty. The propane tanks might have some in it...etc. Load all your stuff in it, then check it. When you get ready to head out...the fridge is full, the cabinets have your food in it..etc. Fresh water tank has some water in it just encase you want to stop and use the bathroom. A few variables thrown into the set up...it takes some tweaking to where you will feel comfortable with it while towing. It has taken me several months and trips to get mine where I like it. I did start out in my driveway and did the measurements. You need a level area.
