We fulltime and have had very little problem with condensation and we do spend time in below 32 degrees weather. 5 1/2 years we always leave the ceiling vent in the potty room open, always open shower vent and exhaust when showering. Avoid boiling pasta, steaming rice, if you must use exhaust fan. Close shades at night it's not much but it does help. If you are one that keeps heat to a minimum at night the warm air will lose its ability to hold moisture as it cools.
