I have been trying to contract them all this week, I have left many voice mails, emails but still no answer from them.

I never tried them BUT if I were YOU I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOVING ON to another vendor.

If it was a real legit business there SHOULD be at least someone to answer the phones during normal business hrs.

Put it this way, if bought something from them and needed to return or warranty work just how in the world are you going to get the problem resolved if they do not answer the phone?

No answer during business hrs should be tossing red flags in the air...

Seriously, why don't you check with your local tire shops, good chance they will be able to find the rim/tire that you seek (without paying shipping)..
