If the inside air is the same temp as the outside air temp, there won't be any condensation in the camper. If the inside air temp is lower, no condensation. If the inside air temp is higher, there is a good possibility of condensation. It really depends on the dew point.
The human body puts out a lot of moisture. To show my students this, I had them put a clear plastic bag loosely over their head and go outside on a cold day. Took only a couple of breaths before the inside was coated with moisture. It also showed them the concept of condensation.
