The bathroom is the one area that is a deal breaker for me. Bathroom must be accessible with slides in. The other areas I can work around
but the bathroom is more critical for me.
We often stop on the way to our destinations. Many times someone may use the bathroom while we refuel in which case opening the slide in a fuel could be problematic. Some rest areas are also too tight to open slide.
When we stop for lunch we usually have the luxury to pull out of the way in a more remote area. Which allows us to open the small kitchen slide to access the fridge.
I don't think you need full access with slides in however I do think you need bathroom access with slides in
