I share the OPs wishlist almost exactly. I'm currently fixated on a few non-slide models. The bedroom door can be like hen's teeth. I'm considering enhancing the bedroom doorway with a heavy duty sound blocking curtain. I'm not sure it's a solution but I think I could add a fanfold or barn door to most floorplans if I had to.
