Storage for any folding trailer probably isn't the best.
While the trailmanor is a hardside trailer, it will still have wet walls that will need to be aired out after getting wet by rain or condensation. Leaving the wet walls folded up will cause mold/mildew to grow and cause a nasty smell in the trailer along with an unhealthy place to breath. You most likely won't get stain damage as you would with a tent body trailer, but mold and mildew will still grow in a space with no light or air flow.
If you have to store it, may as well get a more robust and higher value truck, and get a standard travel trailer. With the high cost of Trailmanor trailers, getting a more expensive truck and a nicer, much cheaper travel trailer will put more money in your pocket, let you avoid the hassles of storing away from your home, provide much less hassle than the setting up and down of the camper, give you a regular RV toilet with a black water tank, and give you many more higher end features and options. Just a thought.
The trailmanor is a nice idea for people who want an expensive hardwall trailer, and will store it in their own garage, (as some of my neighbors). The Trailmanor trailers don't hold to many benefits if you have to store it outside of your home though.
Good luck in your decision.
