We had one for two seasons and traded it in for our current TT to get more space and avoid unfolding and folding.
Being an engineer I was intrigued by the design. The hard sides makes so much more sense than having canvas. It towed easily and setup and down easily also once one got the hang of it. When we had one the customer service was superb. I always recommend new RVers look at them BUT they are quite a bit more expensive than the popups.
