We towed and used a 26' trailmanor from nc to the Canadian Rockies and return to salt lake city five years ago. We enjoyed the trip but upon our return knew we did not want one. Unless they are completely level they cannot be safely raised and lowered. It seemed to be impossible for the two sections to seal tightly and we experienced some very cold weather. The model that we had made it necessary to raise the top to access the fresh water tank. It towed well but no better than our present tt and it was heavier. We just did not see any real advantages. That said, our friends love theirs. Lizzie
