Careful with these 'charts' on the internet. The one often posted here is bunk.
In our '10 Suburban, we see 195-210* pretty typically. Spikes up to 230* are not unheard of, but happen only in steep and hot conditions, and don't last too long. I'm personally not concerned unless I were to hit 250+.
