Did you try the menu on the lower left (cog icon)? Then settings, then "Manage extra PIDs/Sensors"? At that point in the upper right hit the menu button (three dots) and hit add predefined set and then select Ford.
I had to do that and select GM for my tranny temp to start working.
If you bought the Torque Pro and not the free version you should be able to get the PIDs you need.
