I could see a driver refusing a damaged trailer so his/her insurance does not get stuck with the damage. If that is the case.
When I purchased a new trailer it was supposed to be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. Well the factory made some changes (for the better) and it took additional time.
Keep in mind these RV mfgs build these in model runs. Your Salem is built on the same production line as other brands and they build in production runs when they have enough demand for a model. If this is the case like Midnightsadie said you can call for a build date.
