Local dealer here sells them, in fact he has a bunch of 2 year old ones he's attempting to sell for a bit less.
I just happened by and took a peek at a RAZR. Very basic no room camper with very little convenience features. You'd be better off with a Pop-up tent trailer. Didn't look well assembled either.
Really, I don't even consider it a truck camper. More like a high pickup truck box shell with a door on the back.
