You state that this setup is for boondocking.
That means different things for different people.
For some, camping in a Walmart parking lot with out hook ups is boondocking.
For people like myself, boondocking means camping far away from civilization. Few to no neighbors etc... It is the only kind of camping I do. That means if I don't bring it with me, it isn't easy to get. As a result, I load HEAVY.
If my type of boondocking is what you are thinking of, I think you will end up loading heavy too.
I bring a lot of extra stuff and tools just in case.
As an example, I once had my propane changeover valve quit, on a hunting trip. With temps in the teens, the TT had no propane supply. No heat, no stove, no hot water, etc. I had to drive 4 hours one way, to get a new valve. I paid twice as much as it could be bought for elsewhere. So a days hunting lost, 1.5 tanks of fuel, and 40.00 extra for the part,,,,,,which has proven over the years to be a part that can quit at any time.... I now carry a spare. It is only 15 min. to change it out in camp. And yes, I have used that spare in camp. I also carry a spare sail switch for the heater. They fail a lot. Not so easy to do, but I have done it, as I have the tools etc. needed. Many other seldom needed things are in my supplies as well.
YMMV
