Travel Trailer not using Chinese Tires

It is 20ft 10inches, long and as you can see it uses more than suitable tires. Weight is 8,800lb and of course it goes Off Road

  • The difference is there is not much "outback" in the USA that cannot be approached by a relatively good road or logging trail.

Also there is a difference between boondocking and bushwacking. Those tires are very heavy duty.

There are a few TT and 5ver maker that use LT's particularly on the higher end products.

What surprises me is that the RV dealers have not taken advantage of the tire hype and offered a "tire upgrade" option. It probably shows how little concern there is for the issue.
  • The price point might be a problem in the American market, but I think there would at least be a demand for an RV like this.
  • Guilt by association....”if the tire was manufactured in China,...” I reject your premise.
