There may be no way to judge the accident but it is a good reminder that things just happen.
That is why details like insurance, route planning, maintenance etc. are more than just minor details. You may not get rolled in a windstorm but there are plenty of other natural and man-made problems hiding out there.
I can sympathize with the folks, more than once I have been towing in a modest crosswind and been rocked by a strong gust from nowhere. Sort of a “where the heck did that come from” incident. I am sure the driver was not thinking “Oh boy a wind storm, let see what will happen”.
I hope they were not hurt.
