Travelling with the U dinnette 'down'
We usually leave the table out of the U dinette, and put it at the back of the trailer while travelling (on the lower of our jack and jill bunks), is this necessary? Is it ok to travel with it set up ...

i'm not sure why you don't travel with the dinette in bed mode.
that's what all manufacturers recommend. table down in bed mode.
even with a free-standing table like our Roo has, it's recommended to drop it down and set it up in bed mode for traveling.
doesn't make any sense to me why you're doing it the way you are.
takes up storage space and there's the chance it could move.
we have way more room for stuff with the table down.
