With a power jack (an absolute necessity in my opinion) and the Anderson hitch I can hook up a 3 minutes or less. No heavy bars, no lifting of anything but a small plate. I, too, was always worried about getting into service stations, restaurants, over head branches, with our fiver. TT is so much easier to back up and get in and out of places...but the trade off is space. My wife would go back to the fiver in a heartbeat because the high ceilings, more seperated bedroom, etc, but I love the ease of towing the TT.
