trip to denver

I've been lurking for a while. and now I may have to make a emergency trip to Colorado. ive never taken the truck and camper that far before. any tips and advice for a trip from spokane to denver? ill be driving a 2002 gmc 1500hd with a 2003 elkhorn lt.

    Check weather prior to leaving, I would suggest taking I90 to Billings, then into WY. and get onI25 @ Buffalo Wy. Follow it South to Denver. If you use I80 across WY. you will have a lot of wind, if you choose I70 you will have to climb over the Mts. West of Denver. It may sound like a longer trip but that all depends on how fast you drive and need to get to Denver. Hope you have a safe trip.
