Trouble Hooking Up Trailer due to "Gear Slack"????

When I hook up my trailer by myself I have a problem with my truck rolling forward or backward after putting it in park and taking my foot off the brake. I get lined up on the ball and then the truck...

Either use the parking break regularly or,,, don't ever use it. If you try to use it after not having used it for awhile it could stick and cause your brakes to drag and burn them up. (Happened to my sister once)

Best to use it on a regular basis to keep it free and working.
