Truck Bed Camper Battery Installation Pictures

There has been a few threads lately about where to put a battery in campers that don't have one, and, adding a second battery to those that already have a battery. My camper does not have a battery...

A second or third battery is even easier. Mechanically, it's the same battery in a box in the bed.

Electrically, you just need two wires, a fuse, and connectors to tie it in parallel with your existing battery(s).

We did exactly that with our old Alpenlite. It really helped extend battery operation in cold weather boondocking.
