Darn, i was looking forward to fabricating an overly elaborate dump-truck style tarp roller that I could mount to the front tie-down arms.
This sort of thing:

It would roll from back to front though, and keep the windshield covered as well, which would be handy for big snow/ice days. The height and location of the air conditioner (which wont be used) would make life easier for the nearby fantastic vent when it comes to operating under a tarp up at the mountain. I don't think I'm considering this too seriously, but I did think about it for a moment or two:
