The cheap ones from the RV store are pretty easy to put on as they are light weight. As was mentioned, folding them in a logical way helps a lot when you unfold them. If you have a lot of solar panels on the roof, it gets a bit more complicated as you have limited places to step, and toward the end, not much visibility into where.
The Calmark is the same, except that it weighs maybe twice as much. Once on the roof and laid out, it's no different. Getting it on and off the roof is more of a chore. I use the 40' knuckle lift that I have, but going up the back ladder is very difficult. I can also do it with a real ladder next to the camper.
