Truck camper electrical issue

Hi, I'm trying to diagnose an electrical issue. I have a 1999 arctic fox 1150 and when I was unloading the camper, the jacks stopped working. I thought it was a jack issue, but now I realize all of my 12v systems are not working. My battery is fully charged and my slide works just fine. I'm getting no 12v systems other than that. When the generator is on, everything works fine except the jacks. I checked all fuses and breakers I can think of, but am at a loss. Any ideas? Could this be a converter issue or????? Any help is appreciated.

  • Thanks. Are the reverse polarity fuses behind the panel? I tested all the fuses in the panel and they are good. I'll poke around some more and see if I can locate them. Also, where would the inline fuse or circuit breaker be? I was looking for something like that and couldn't find one. Would that be in the basement under the slide? I'm new to campers and all of the wiring except the AC box is under the step. Is there somewhere else I should look? Thanks so much for the help

There is two REVERSE POLARITY fuses on the 12VDC DISTRIBUTION Panel and also an IN-LINE fuse or 12VDC circuit breaker between the battery and the 12VDC Distribution panel you need to check...

Most 12VDC slide motors are direct connected to the battery terminals. also check battery terminals connections - might be loose

Also check battery disconnect switch if you have one...
