  • Unless your destination is Yellowstone, which might or might not be. At least you might get to see a BIG hole in the ground.
  • Whenever I'm driving my Truck and Camper, I stay between 55 and 58 Mph. That is where I get my best fuel economy. Plus I'm never in any hurry on a trip, I have said before, my destination will still be there when I get there.

55mph, when towing in California...and as State highway funds/fees continue to be redirected to non-highway (social) programs, roads are in disrepair. In fact, coming up Hwy 5 from Bakersfield, the highway so bouncy I nearly lost a rear tie-down...California, the once 'Golden State' (LOL)...
  • I do 55-60 mph on the highways. I don't go over that. when I am driving with the camper I am in no hurry at all. I stop a lot to check out the places im passing through. I also try to take as many back roads as I can on the trips.
  • When not towing I do the posted speed limit
